"Although very busy, it is clearly popular. One of the better soft plays, large inside and enough to keep kids busy for 2 hours..food and drink reasonably cheap but great place for kids to burn off steam. Staff are friendly and cheerful."

"I attended a 1st aid course run by purple dog (Pete) it was a blended learning course and Pete did a great job at delivering the course content and keeping it fun and interesting. The zone was a great venue for the course with good standard facilities and a cafe offering a wide selection or drinks warm/cold food and snacks. This is by far the best Venue I have attended a 1st aid course at."

"Not great. Play area was standard but food service was awful. Extremely slow service for a limited menu. You can see staff just standing in the kitchen gassing away. Asked for cutlery and was given one fork as they didn't have any left apparently. I could see someone throwing cutlery in the sink to wash and mentioned this and asked if I could be given some washed ones. He said he would bring them over but of course that didn't happen!"

"Be prepared to wait 25 minutes for a drink. Maybe it would be a good idea to offer an option on coffees either machine or instant because the waits are ridiculous! Also don’t forget a coat as it’s absolutely freezing inside . Overall the play area looks fun for the kids and they seem to enjoy themselves"
