"Rip off £11.00 for a 8 month old and a 4 year old. The music was far too loud I couldn't hear my children talk/ cry when the soft play was full of teenager bouncing about pushing my 8 month old out the way and it was tiny. The lady who gives the skates out gave my 4 year old some size 1 skates when I was told the did size 9 toddlers skates over the phone preciously ringing before we attended. So these big ones was useless. The food is a total rip of £1.60 for a small packet of crisps (quavers). Sweet packet £4. The toilets are so dirty. The play mats are all sticky never cleaned and the carpet is grubby. I would recommend AVOIDING this over priced dirty dump and taking your kids somewhere nice to enjoy your day. The staff are rude and stroppy."
