"NEVER USE THESE COWBOYS. As with others on here this firm have done nothing that they promised. They charged me £50.00 to tell me my oven didn't work, which I already knew. They then promised to fit our new oven when it arrived and to take the initial call-out fee off the charge. Then they spent three weeks not coming to do that or even replying to my messages. They don't generally answer telephone calls and I can now understand why. Their email, Twitter and Facebook pages are not accessible either. I have had to give a star in order to be able to write this review. Please assume that they have none in reality. I wonder how cowboys such as these can sleep at night, but they don't care so probably quite well. I sincerely hope they go bust."

""Fixed my washing machine". Then broke the next day. After I paid for everything. Called Lawrence and he promised to come back . He delayed this for a week and when finally I had enough of my time wasted because of this guy who steals money. I told him to not bother coming back and to refund me as i have bascically given him my hard earned money for nothing.He talked to me like I am in the wrong. He then stated that he would return my money but I know i won't see a penny of it. DO NOT USE ACE APPLIANCES. They are really just low life thieves. I don't know how they manage to run a successful business with their rubbish service, mistreatment of clients and outright lies to clients."

"Came to fix dishwasher and tumble drier; half did the job and needed to return with parts. After 3 no shows I gave up - I don’t mind being let down so much I just could have saved myself a lot of wasted time!"

"I wouldn't bother with this company. Waited in on two separate occasions and they didn't turn up. When I rang to see if they were attending my address, they didn't even bother to pick up the phone. Not reliable at all. Only given them one star as it wont let me post unless i highlight a star, I wouldn't even give them a star otherwise!"
