"Love this place. Atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and feels ‘homely’. Staff are super friendly and the tables are always clean - doesn’t surprise me they have 5stars for hygiene. Most importantly the food is delicious!! The homemade coffee and walnut cake is to die for!! It’s dog friendly so it’s perfect to visit after a walk. And I love that I can have a coffee or a cocktail with my cake. The girls have created a little gem here for somewhere to meet up for coffee during the day or for a grown up drink in the evening with friends. I love it here and can’t recommend it enough."

"5 stars alone doesn’t do this place justice! I booked this wonderful cafe for my mums 70th. The ladies who own it were so helpful right from the start planning options and catered to my budget exactly. The sandwiches, cakes and scones were all home made and absolutely delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Safe to say my mum had the best party! If you are considering kake and kocktail for a party, gathering or simply coffee and cake do not hesitate! How lucky are we to have this amazing gem on our doorstep! Thanks a million ladies and see you soon xx"

"Absolutely fantastic! Hosted my friends baby shower here and I can’t recommend them enough! So accommodating with budget, decorations, etc unlike other venues! Food was delicious, everyone was catered for and commented on how yummy it was. Cocktails were fab too! Honestly, if you have a party to host or you just want somewhere to go for a coffee…(or something stronger) this is the place to go! Most importantly every staff member was lovely, friendly and helpful! 10 out of 10!"

"We were passing and popped in for some cake. St Johns car park is nearby. Cakes were delicious! We had coffee and walnut and coconut and lime. Really flavoursome and light.. we’d already had lunch but I liked the look of the bar snacks, breakfast and lunch menus… looking forward to going back to try more. Sensible prices, lovely interior, welcoming and relaxed staff. As soon as we looked at the cakes it was explained to us what each one was, there’s also a board explaining too. I’m sure this new place will become really popular. Especially with the drinks license. You don’t always want a pub or expensive restaurant. This fills the gap. They have a downstairs area for hire too apparently."
