"Not dog friendly at all now. Seems a bit silly when there were lots of dog walkers out there on a frosty morning (great potential customers) and the cafe was totally empty as dogs not allowed inside."

"Unfortunately confronted by a very rude lady serving coffee today who abruptly told me - put your dog on a lead. They were on the grass in front of the bandstand, with my husband, whilst I entered the cafe for two takeaway coffees. She didn’t even greet me - when I greeted her ahead of ordering. My dogs are two 12+ year old pin mins and weren’t causing any disturbance what so ever. Somewhat unnecessary rudeness from the local community, who run this cafe. I cancelled the order and will not frequent again! Please be decent and respectful to your customers - we are trying to support the high street and independent businesses!"

"Not a bad cup of coffee but expensive. Ive been twice and both times there was virtually no sandwiches or cakes available just a couple of tired looking pastries. I wont be going again."

"We are still in lock down, so I didn't go in, so it's difficult to give a good review. But we ordered at the window (2 bacon baps with brown source and 2 teas), waited outside for 5 minutes (my wife was complaining about something or other) and other the baps were ready, we eat them outside. It was all very covid safe and the baps were lovely (to be honest, its difficult not to do a good bacon bap....). It will be interesting to go back when it fully reopens."
