"Came into the store with my husband unsure on what baby cot would be perfect for us as we are first time parents & met this lovely lady called daisy who had the best customer service , she answered every single one of our questions with a smile on her face & gave us the best service. It was our first time shopping in smyths and won't be our last time as we really enjoyed our experience there. Although it was almost time for smyths to close , daisy did not rush us at all , she gave us all her time and attention which i really appreciated as i'm 9 months pregnant and i've been to so many stores to search for a cot but left with nothing because of the customer service but daisy was an absolute sweetheart not only did she help me find the perfect cot but also offered to show us how to fix it from stratch and honestly you don't really get that type of service anywhere , most people just want you to buy and leave but that was not the case with her , she wanted us to be 100% happy and satisfied before leaving the store with our cot. Smyths are lucky to have someone like daisy working there , shes one charming , kind hearted , helpful & thoughtful soul. After our trip to smyths both me and my husband were very happy. "When I got home after shopping at Smyths Toys, Beckton, on Christmas Eve, I checked my receipt, only to find that, the very first item on the receipt was for a, Leap Frog Magic Adventure, game. A game that I never put into my basket, never put onto the counter and, never wanted nor, got. A game for which I was charged £79.99. I have rung the shop several times to see if anything could be done but, no one answers and it just rings off. So, needless to say I will not be shopping at Smyths Toys ever again. Check your receipt's at the counter. £80 is a lot of money to lose."
