"I had the best experience here! I am an avid Alice in Wonderland fan, so this was so much fun! The atmosphere, tea, and food were all absolutely amazing! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I would recommend getting the Alice and Queen of Hearts teas. They were some of the best teas that I have ever had! I would definitely recommend coming here if you are in London and looking for tea!"

"It was an amazing experience. The staff was extraordinary and so friendly! It was so much more than what we expected. All the sandwiches and desserts were amazing. Definitely a recommendation. I had the vegan option and it was Definitely worth the price!"

"Afternoon Tea. Overall 4/5. Great experience. I would recommend and go back. I highly recommend not eating before you go. Maybe a super light morning snack but do not eat a full/heavy breakfast otherwise you won’t be able to enjoy all the treats! FOOD - this was my first afternoon tea experience so I have nothing to compare to, but I felt the food was pretty good. Nice variety and the flavor of the pastries/sandwiches was good. And you can request more of any item. There were a few items I didn’t like but that’s my personal taste. Nice selection of teas as well. SERVICE - service was good but nothing over the top. Our server explained the menu to us and went over the food when it arrived. I felt the service was slightly above average and the staff was friendly, and they congratulated us on our anniversary. VALUE - you’re obviously paying for the experience, but I think it’s a good value for what you receive. I do wish the “champagne package” came with at least two drinks per person (without raising the price). But I liked that my husband was pleasantly surprised of everything else that was included. ATMOSPHERE - it was pretty quiet when we went, (12pm on a Thursday in November), so this could be a different experience depending on time of day/day of week you go. Everything was so cute, nicely decorated and I felt comfy and cozy sitting outside in the enclosed patio under the heat lamps. The Madhatters theme is done tastefully and not too juvenile, which is really nice because you don’t want to feel like you’re at a child’s tea party. They do a great job of keeping it adult and fun. LOCATION - where the hotel is located, it’s a great area to explore!"

"If I want to rate the looks and decor I’d give 5/5. Service also 5/5 but the over all I have it a 3 because to be honest the food didn’t taste as well as it looks. We felt that some sandwiches were stale and not fresh. The scones I had better anywhere else.. for the price we paid we definitely expected more fresh and tasty treats.. even the little juice “drink me” we couldn’t drink! Overall kids and I had a lovely experience but I’d hope they can work on the taste and freshness to make this more enjoyable.."

"Walked in for afternoon tea today and had a great experience! The waiters were all very friendly and the food was excellent, especially the BLT sandwiches and the clotted cream. The Alice in Wonderland theme was very entertaining and you get to try all the teas as well as order more items. I have not tried other afternoon tea places in London but I recommend giving this place a try!"
