Both times he has attended to give a quote very quickly and then comes to do the work when he says he will. Work is completed to a high standard and he is very helpful & friendly & clears up after the job is completed. Have no hesitation in using him again. His communication throughout the process is excellent & he always responds 2 emails & texts promptly."
