"It used to be better, but now, I would prefer it to be closed for good. Stupid. It's the worst opening times, as someone else said most of us work in that time frame, so it's impossible to collect your parcel. Asked for redelivery to neighbour next door, and they probably haven't bothered to read and leave it there, another 2 days lost... I would prefer they close the post office instead of this.. One star is too much"

"I've come to collect my order but this time they didn't have it and told me the postman would deliver my parcel the next day which never ended up happening as they couldn't track it on their system. I had to find my parcel myself after a lot of struggle."

"In my 30 months experience with this branch I can't remember when it was working in the hours supposed to work. Even if Web site says it is open , still 50/50 chance it's closed. One star still too much. Sorry, it is how it is."

"Only one star because you can’t give anything lower. The opening hours are pathetic. Just because they’re all part time workers they expect the rest of the world to adhere to their timetable. The sooner this place shuts down the better. The one at crow lane is open till 7pm most evenings so if you work full time (you know, like most of the population) you’ve got a chance of getting your mail."
