"I booked a 6 seater mini cab for my sons wedding and it was a complete and utter shambles, sent 1 car for 6 of us and wanted to charge us more as a mistake was made with the price. The drivers sat nav sent us in the wrong direction so I had to direct him with my phone which made us late. My husband had to drive as the increase in price was too much. On our return it was 20 minutes late and they sent the 6 seater and charged us £40 even though they originally said £25. They did apologise but in all fairness I feel we were completely mucked about. I will never use this firm again and advise you not to either especially for such an important event. The owner needs to get a better sat nav for his drivers and employ an adult to take bookings rather than using his granddaughter who is clearly giving wrong quotes for rides. I feel one star should not be given they should be rated no stars."
