"The label printing machine was not scanning properly and the staff member was very uninterested. He did not help even when I asked. I managed to get the printoff and handed the parcel over for a return, and he asked me to go to the back of the shop and put the parcel in the bag myself. The bag was unattended and I or anyone could take something out and walk away very easily. However, the return went through without a problem and I got my refund."

"Don't accept Hermes after 7pm. On Hermes they are supposed to accept till 8pm. Either remove shop or fix error"
