"Absolute joke of a company. Bunch of cowboys don't even look for your package they just tell you it not there."
"I shipped my TV to Lagos through this cargo company, on getting to Lagos my Samsung curve TV screen had been broken. The cost of repairing it will almost buy a new TV. They refused to accept responsibility. The owner even claimed maybe I deliberately sent a broken TV to Lagos after paying a shipping cost of £150. Do not use this company, they are not professional at all. Poor customer service.. I I’ll like to add to this based on your reply. I feel so cheated by your unprofessional company. Lies, lies, lies, you did not give me a full refund for my broken Tv and also I never instructed you not to open the consignment. It is your company’s responsibility to ensure if an item is properly packed before shipping. Wether you like it or not you’ll pay for my Tv because I am already filing a claim."
