"Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. I booked a cab well in advance (4 hours before the appointment) to go to surgery for my daughter's appointment at 4pm. The cab has never arrived. I missed the appointment, which means I have to wait for another three weeks to see a doctor. I called several times to ask about the whereabouts of the cab and they kept lying about traffic. Don't use this service they really don't care about the customers."

"This is in regards to my appointment on the 20.12.22 at 2pm to Baker St. The driver showed up late with no apology. My mother who I was with nearly missed her appointment because of his late attendance. So I rung the office and told them that I'm not willing to pay the full price if the appointment had to be rescheduled. The driver began to shout and rain insults on myself and my family calling my father mad. He threatened to "flog" me (hit me with a stick) he was extremely aggressive and disrespectful. Having a driver like that is not safe at all. The insults lasted for at least half an hour. Of course I was defending myself. This driver (you know who he is) needs to be dismissed."

"Shocking, horrible customer service as I wish I could give minus or 0 stars. Was quoted £100 two weeks ago and yesterday I called them again to confirm tomorrow's booking for 20th December at 6 am. Today 19th December I received a call from them with a new price of £130 which is a joke considering the booking was already confirmed. I understand human errors occur but nevertheless the company should be liable to cover the drivers costs for the error being made by them and not the customer. Extremely upset as I'm now going through a high amount of stress and anxiety as my trip is tomorrow. I reccomend customers to stay away and pay a higher price to more reliable cab services who are true to their word. What frustrates me more is after speaking with this company 2 weeks ago. I cancelled my original booking which now is no longer available and to make things worse, prices are higher due to the last minute request. HORRENDOUS COMPANY MORALES. WILL NOT USE AGAIN. STAY AWAY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT!!!"

"If I could leave 0 I definitely would. Booked a taxi with them a day or 2 before the actual day and when the time came to be picked up they never showed. They realised that the prices when up with the other apps so was not worth it for them. They left my husband and my little boy on cold waiting whithout any answer from them. Disgusting behavior, shame on you people. ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY IS THAT YOU ARE NOT COMING!!!"
