"Paid £70 for my pregnant dog's scan, wasn't even asked if I want to proceed, nothing was explained what's the purpose of the scan. After scan got generic information which anyone can find on Google under "dog pregnancy" plus been told that the scan video will be sent to me, after over a week and 2 calls to chase, still no email.. for £70 would expect better than that for sure would expect at least to know if pups and my dog are healthy but like I said apart "there is at least 6 pups and don't walk her too much" I actually got nothing.."
