"The man I presume to be the owner was very rude to my elderly mother today. Was only enquiring when the new shop was due to open, we have spent hundreds of pounds in his shop, not another penny will be spent in there. Though, whenever I have been in, the staff who work there deserve 5stars,always friendly and helpful, and would hate to tar them with his brush."
