"Lovely staff, kind and very helpful team in this chemist always. Love that it's just around the corner. Just went in today with My son who hurt his arm and scrapped it pretty bad. Staff couldn't of been nicer. Thank you."

"They have good reviews here but they let themselves down a bit as far as I'm concerned. I popped in to get new eye drops as I realised that the hardly used tube I had for a while had now expired. I brought this with me to ask them to dispose of as well as a tub of expired creatine which had actually been expired for a few years so I thought best not to risk it. I've handed expired meds back to pharmacies before with no issues. However, here, the pharmacist seemed to have doubts about taking this off me even though it's commonly known that the best way to dispose of expired medication is to deposit it at a pharmacy rather than landfill for obvious reasons or worse still, let it enter the watercourse. I even tried to explain this but she actually just muttered something as she walked away which I couldn't make out due to her mask and in the end reluctantly took the expired pills off me. By this point there was another customer waiting behind me so I was made to look a fool. If there was an issue then she should have explained what it was to me so that I would understand but I wasn't given one. I know that I had done the right thing because the wrong thing would have been to either bin them or flush them down the toilet. If this is the way they treat responsible people then neither myself nor my wife will be going back, because who really needs this sort of hassle?"

"I did find the cost for some over the counter medications a bit pricey, but they do offer good customer service."
