"Used their taxi service at Christmas. I booked over a week in advance so that I would be early. The taxi turned up at least 15 minutes late, and only after the driver rang me to find out where my house was. Apparently his GPS was sending him to the wrong place. He then didn't know the postcode of where I was going & demanded I pay him in advance. Also when I called to ask where my cab was when it was not there on time, I was rudely told that my cab could be cancelled if I didn't learn some respect because I was blunt with the man on the end of the phone (because I was upset I was going to be late). I had relied on this company for many years, but sadly I will be switching to the soulless & cheaper Uber."

"This is a reliable cab service that has been based in Bromley Road for over 20 years. We have booked in advance and have not been let down. Recommended you book airport runs in advance minimum is 24 hours. Their prices are reasonable."

"I booked a cab during the week asked for it come at a specific time and came 25 mins late and then did not know exactly were to drop us off so made us 40 minutes late. Rang reception to mention this and said this is normal. I also booked a cab to go to the airport to pay by cash and he came early and waited outside for a few minutes. We arrived at the airport and realised that we forgot the cash. Told the driver and he was very angry I told him will pay by card and was still very angry and making an issue. Unfortunately when people are catching a flight things happen as you’re rushing. I told him to go as he could only wait 10min and was worried I was not going to pay and said you call them now and then saying I can’t wait long I need to go so I said go you have my address what’s the problem? Then spoke to the reception and mentioned about the drivers behaviour so she then had a go at me for keeping the driver waiting a few minutes even though they charged me £2 for it anyway! So I said to her so the cab driver is having a go at me and now you’re finding another excuse to have a go at me what is going on? So she said you’re the one that called up! Worse cab company I have ever used!! Left me so stressed at the airport!!!!"

"I recomend that no one uses this service. This is the third time I've booked a cab only for it to not turn up. When speaking to the opperater he didn't seem too bothered that I was missing my appointment. The fact I booked several hours in advance shows no planning. I will never use this service again. The drivers I've used have always been nice before but I presume they have moved on. And I can't blame them."

"Don't use. I booked a cab for 9am so I had plenty of time to catch a specific train I needed to get to attend a hospital appointment. By 09:06 it hadn't turned up. I rung them up to ask where my cab was and was told it was 9 minutes away. I asked why I had been informed of this and the guy didn't know. He did apologies but that doesn't make for the fact I booked a cab for certain time and they fail to provide it or inform me of the delay."
