"the driver called me well in advance to let me know he would be there and he was even going to 5 minutes early. He loaded my luggage and was very polite and friendly. His car was nice, clean and he was a very safe driver."

"This company uses a different name, as when you call them they are called Data Cars. I pre-booked a taxi yesterday afternoon for this morning telling them that it's for a very important hospital appointment. This morning at the time of pick up, no taxi, so when calling them I was told that they are trying to assign a driver for the job and it might take 25 minutes. So no point pre-booking the minicab as they don't assign anyone in advance. Instead used Uber which is more reliable and same cost."

"Didn't turn up despite promising to be there in 15 minutes. Phoned them and they lied and said within half an hour. 1 hour later, still didn't turn up and had to cancel. Never using again"
