This must be the only company left in the world that doesn't use email everything has to be done by letter and you constantly have to call them to chase them up and to insure they have received the letter ."

Have been waiting nearly 2 hours now to speak to someone using various phone lines. This is an appalling customer experience let alone dealing with a very difficult circumstances, a bereavement."

"As a financial adviser we rely on obtaining information from insurance companies quickly so we can help our clients. When I hear the name 'Phoenix' my heart sinks. Sent them request 3 weeks ago but they (Glasgow) say the email address they supplied does not exist! If you are retiring and have a Phoenix policy - start the process at least 3 months before. Phoenix is where good service goes to die!"
