"Abandon all hope, ye who enter here. The faux doctors here are arrogant frauds with no concept of duty, decency, and human rights. An abasement of Scotland and an embarrassment to Holyrood. Some put on a better show than others, but the emperor has no clothes. The doctors here ruin lives, often intentionally. They are fixated on selected theories which they propound as fact to the detriment of everyone they come in contact with. Nothing can budge them from their fashionable theories. As a result of their fixations, they see things in other human beings that aren't there. As I exclaimed, the emperor truly has no clothes. In this regard, a major study emanating from the University College London called one of the major practices advocated by the stubborn people within "not based on science". Well, are the chemical experimentations that are daily put into practice here science-based or not? Yes and no. There are certainly scientific theories reaching into highly speculative hypotheses behind the mischief, but the practices are so loosely based on science that they are based on science in only the sense that science fiction is based on science. Good reading, yes. Practice it? No, that's immoral hubris. In summary, this is a haven for a coterie of reckless doctors, specialising in malpractice and motivated coequally by a professional egomania and a personal megalomania."

"I know the NHS is struggling at the moment but seriously upset with my level of 'treatment'. Psychiatrist advised 2 possible diagnosis for me, advised I would receive an email detailing his findings and then another appointment in 4 weeks. He had also agreed therapy would be most effective since I didn't want to go straight on to medication. 2 months passed, I had tried getting in contact with him but can obviously only get through to reception who said they would pass on the message - I received no call back. I will also add, I never received any email. My GP finally managed to get me an appointment booked and straight away I was told I was being put on medication and would receive an email after the call advising why. Before I could discuss it properly, the call cut off and I was unable to get through to speak to him again. Still no email, despite the fact he confirmed my email address with me twice. So, I do not even know which diagnosis I have been given or why and instead have just been fobbed off with medication that I am not even sure I should be on. If your GP wants to refer you here, PLEASE try and get sent somewhere else."

"I have always been greeted with a smile and politeness from the minute I walk through the door. By the reception staff. That helps me to feel relaxed. The Doctors I am under are very helpful and understanding of my problems. All in all I can't find anything bad to say about the place."

"These people are the worst. The receptionist told me they have a meeting to decide what to do with each patient before they even arrive (even if they have zero info), so that's why they all seem up on their high horse about treatment and that's why anything you say that is contrary to what the therapist wants to do is completely ignored. They don't care about your circumstances, what treatments have failed you already or what treatment you feel you would benefit from, they'll force whatever they want on you or turf you out in the street with no support. They are irresponsible and abusive here, same as the Arran centre."

"I've not really had a great experience with this centre. All the information I was given when I was first referred has not happened. I was advised I'd see a few Psychologists, which I never have. I seen a million Psychiatrists though, whom never knew me, so never gave me the correct help, and due to this, they took me of my medication which totally has messed up my life. On top of that, the receptionists either tell me I don't have appointments (when I do) or give me the wrong ones because they do two different services and that seems far too difficult to arrange. I've called in multiple times to get appointments because they completely forget about you and give you no treatment. I have tried multiple times and each time I'm told one will be sent. This is my 3rd time having to wait WAY longer than the gap I am meant to have between sessions. If you get referred here, for the sake of your health, please ask to go to another facility. You'll end up being worse off and at more of a risk with these guys since they provide no support"
