"No response to the calls. Everytime I call for the appointment, they say call at 8;30 in the morning. When I call at 8:30, nobody picks up the call. This place Is a joke. Do not even deserve one star."

"This place its a one big joke. instead of a normal visit, I was offered a teleconsultation, for which I waited two days. When didn't pick up the phone because I was working I called the GP to call again. I was informed that my teleconsulration has already been canceled and I have to make an appointment again. paying such high taxes, and after the end of the pandemic, I expected a different approach to the patient. God save us all because the NHS is unreliable"
