"I have been a patron of Andrews Pharmacy for 15 years and they have never let me down filling any prescription - I can't imagine that the reviewers with problems gave them time to sort the issue! Andrews also carry a large range of specialty soaps, brushes, shampoos and the like, and are great with advice. LOVE THIS PHARMACY!"

"Similar experience as another customer. Very disappointed in them because I am a local and regular customer and was treated very poorly. My prescription was incomplete and I was told to come back to get the remaining medication. When I came back the lady made a mistake and gave me someone else’s medication, for which She asked me to pay. I simply executed as I thought I was paying for the medication that I was collecting ; but when I came back a few days later realising the mistake, I was told off for waiting so long to point this out. I showed her the receipt for what I paid but The lady just denied it all and was pretty rude to me. She just told me that I couldn’t possibly ask for them to do anything about it and insisted that I must have purchased something over the counter. Left there feeling really upset and humiliated, as she just walked out on me. Will definitely not return there."

"Beware of this pharmacy unless you want to be totally ripped off. I was advised to go here by a local dermatology clinic as they didn't have my prescription in stock. Went to Andrews Pharmacy and was charged £150 for my prescription. Not knowing any better I paid the £150 (I was also told this was for half of the prescribed amount and I'd need to pay a further £150 when the first tube of cream had run out to get a second tube to complete the prescribed amount). I called the clinic after I left to ask how much the cream should be and they said had I got it directly from them it would be £50. Went back to the pharmacy less than 15 minutes after my first visit and he refused to give my money back. I am so upset by this experience, I said I couldn't afford 2 payments of £150 but he was adamant he was not going to refund me. I feel totally taken advantage of and he could see I was upset but refused to give a refund even though he had only sold it to me 15 minutes before. Avoid at all costs. Clearly out to make as much money as possible and not serve the best interests of their customers."

"What a nice surprise! Such a tiny store with so much interesting things inside, including a friendly welcome and some good advice, plus fair prices. I bought a comb from Kent and a brush from Mason Pearson, never visited a pharmacy with such a huge range and amount of them. A must see, when you are in London and you want to shop fine british goods!"
