"Nice picture to get you in and for the first 6 months it was ok then the resident managers left and the new ones came and some good staff left and it went downhill. -Profit driven -No community -Rude ‘resident managers’ -Antisocial staff -Unaffordable rent increases -No sensitivity or compassion -High turn over residents and staff -No flexibility -Random changes in what’s ‘allowed/included and what’s not’ -Ridiculous deductions from deposit -Door malfunctioned and locked us out for 2 days. Then left with a broken door that wasn’t secure for a year (given some vouchers to spend for the trouble) -Honestly do yourself a favour and go somewhere else."
