"First of all, I want to say they are alright. Second of all, they don't even call you when they said your appointment is due, they waste like 30-40 minutes of your time. Yesterday, I had an appointment and I spent like 54-56 minutes waiting for a doctor. I just want to say don't go to Loxford Polyclinic! Because they waste your time."

"Unbelievably poor service from receptionists (shireen). outright lied to me (said she’d check with Britannia pharmacist if they can prescribe antibiotics without GP prescription) just to put the phone down asap. Called back because didn’t hear back and her colleague said no they don’t without GP prescription. Why couldn’t she tell me that this morning? Serious training required. And stop lying."

"Absolutely fantastic. The dermatologist department have accommodated and gone out of their way to help me everytime. Even on a Sunday they were emailing me to help me get another appointment that I unfortunately missed the day before. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else."

"Came here for a blood test that I booked in, and was seen promptly. Clean, spacious clinic and staff guided me to the right area on my first visit. Good experience overall. If you're coming here for a blood test you can head straight up to the 2nd floor reception desk as the downstairs area is for the GP surgery patients."
