His knowledge and advice has always been spot on. You never feel any pressure to buy and in our case we went back in store three times to cross check things before finally making our purchase on this last set of purchases. We recently saved over £500 on a Harrison mattress compared to the furniture village price for exactly the same product.The King size Harrison weighs a tonne, and was taken up kindly to the loft.
