"31/01/23 - Called to ask for further details for a straightforward witnessing of a signature on a 'life certificate'. Made it clear the documents was in two languages, Dutch and English, corroborated by official documentation by the Netherlands embassy in London. Nasrin, who I spoke to, said it would be "absolutely fine", on the 3 occasions I called. I offered to email this document to confirm it would be ok, but was advised that it would not be necessary. Thereafter, my grandmother, who suffers from multiple disabilities, myself and two toddlers, commuted the distance, only to be advised "we cannot do it" because they could not authenticate the official translation, as suggested by personal injury solicitor Sefaret Yaman. A notary public and an embassy had no issue with this, but Ms. Yaman changed her mind from thinking she could, to not. Not very good at her job, perhaps. Trust the 1 star reviews that indicate the true inconsistent, remiss nature of Miya Solicitors. If they are incapable of communicating something as small as this, what's to say of a bigger case... Or perhaps that's why they were so dismissive? If you decide to move forward with them, I wish you the very best of luck."

"I highly recommend Miya Solicitors, the professionalism and level of care throughout a very traumatic experience they showed to my mother and I was incredible. They supported us both every step of the way and my mother who has been left severely disabled after a medical negligence claim now has the peace of mind that she needs all thanks to Miya.
