"Wasted over 2 years and thousands of Pounds with this company. The end result being no further forward with my immigration issues. If you want to guarantee a return home and your bank account being emptied, then go ahead and use this company. There are good immigration solicitors, but this is not one of them. Try approaching citizens advice and they can recommend you an immigration expert. Don't make the same mistake I made using Universe solicitors. Reading your reply is even more disappointing but completely predictable and expected response from a company that conducts its business in this manner. What happened to client confidentiality? Shameful. This Highlights unprofessionalism on a monumental Scale. I won't give details as it then becomes even more damaging for your company and what you stand for, but as expected you're trying to manipulate events to appear as though you conducted the case properly, stringing me along without offering credible solutions, charging almost £5000 and asking for more, for no tangible result. I just hope my review helps people in similar situations, never to chose Universe Solicitors due to my very bad experience."
