"Richard was a good consultant who supported us. During our introductory telephone conversation he asked many questions about our situation, and our experience with the application process so far. We felt he was interested in us, not wanting to pull a fast one, whereas other companies I did not get the positive vibe. Throughout the application, apart from giving advice on further verification he also went above and beyond in supporting us when the Home Office had made an error and drafted letters for us.
