"BLS MANCHESTER Worst Experience of My life! Trust Me. I have applied several times to schengen visa from my home country, and never experienced this service. - First, There was three hours delay. - Then, they denied my appointment although I had a confirmation. They said they cannot see my name on their system. - Then, they told me to come another day. I came back the following week with no appointment. I realized they did that only because that wanted me to pay extra £60 perimum (total: £150). - The service is absolutely rubbish. one lady was just so rude to people, and told them she will not serve them, and to go home. Overal, I would rate BLS 0/10"

"I don't understand why there is a time for a visit. My visit was at 10: 30-10: 45 I waited for 1,5 hours. After that they refused to accept the documents, because I wanted to apply for myself and my son 5 years. The reason for the refusal could not be substantiated."

"I am generally do not lose my patience. But with this application center - I agree with some of the reviews below. 1) very less staff 2) my appointment was at 3:00pm and i was called 15 mins before the office closes ie, 4:50pm. I had all the the documents ready (as listed in the website) therefore i went inside and it took me only 2 mins to hand over all the documents to them. They wont accept cards, so have cash with you. 3) i didnt lose my patience for my above points. however, i lost it when i was about to receive my passport from the centre. They sent me an email saying i can come and collect from 4pm to 5pm from Monday to Friday except bank holidays. I checked in Google and it said the center was opened. When i went there the lady said the center was closed. Thankfully my trip is two weeks away so i can go back another day to collect it. but i cant imagine what if my trip was that weekend and the center was closed without any intimation!!!!!! please ring them before you make your trip to their centre. Good luck if they attend your call as i m posting this while i am waiting for someone to pick up my call. vfs is the best!!!! i have applied many visa with them, had no problem at all."

"very disappointing! very long waiting time with limited seats in the waiting area. If your appointment time was given 1.45 in the afternoon, you are not allowed in the Lloyds building until 1.30 and you won't get call until 3.30. Only 4 staff serving for about 100 other applicants, I was told that my visa will be rejected, even though I have always got my visas multiple times previously (thanks for so helpful). No card reader available so make sure you bring your cash with you. Lied about service charges (not the same from the website) Ended up paying another 18 something quid for their 'extra helpful service'!!! Overall Experience = Rubbish. I would say 0 out of 10."

"some staff are very kind and helpful. But you should never ring up for further information. simply because the guy who takes phone calls will tell you to send a e mail instead, no matter how urgent your call is. And DO NOT POST anything to them using next day delivery because their reception will just refuse to take your documents and return it back to you !!!"
