"I had had my first application for a 3 month double entry visa sent back from the embassy requesting more documents so decided to try using a visa service to save on time and stress working out exactly what was required. 5 Star were fantastic - very efficient and patient with checking 3 months of bookings. Small points that might have delayed the application again, like bookings which missed off my full name, or didn't confirm payment were picked up on in the 5 star office and I could email in updated documents. I highly recommend 5 Star, well worth the (very reasonable) price if you are applying for more than a standard 30 day visa that requires excessive train, plane and hotel bookings."
