"Used this company today for my son's birthday party, NEVER AGAIN! Bouncy castle arrived on time, however it was collected an hour late after the hall hire time, the managers of the hall called the man who delievered the bouncy castle to ask where he was and if he was going to pay the extra hour hall hire, he then tried to blame me by saying that I had said it was ok, luckily his texts to me about how late he would be and my responses proved otherwise. After a lovely day celebrating the last thing anybody needs is to be inconvenienced in this way or to be left with paying an extra hour for a hall because the bouncy castle wasn't collected in time. I didn't even get an apology.."
