"The place is good..but the infant play area could do well with some replacement or repairs.. Kids did have lots of fun..and so did parents.. The adult platters are good... Make a teddy..is fun..and there lots of teddies to chose..which is good for kids.. There is free face painting available too.. All in all a good place to celebrate kids' birthdays.."

The staff were amazing and friendly, the food was delicious and hot and it was well worth the time and money, didn't cost much at all and to see my little girl have so much fun made it all worthwhile. "First of all we were greeted with a huge stench from the kitchen and stale air. The venue is poorly ventilated. It then became clear how non covid friendly this place was, no socially distanced tables and the place was packed! My sister asked if the place was cleaned at all or if we had to wait and the man at the desk said that the place is cleaned before the session. (Start of the day) . The toilets were filthy absolutely disgusting. The equipment was poorly cleaned. My children came across dirt and empty juice cartons on the soft play equipment as well as rips and tears. The desktop fans on the reception were laced with dust and arcade equipment filthy. We witnessed no cleaning in between families leaving and had to request cleaning of our own table. The staff were rude and often found on their phones whilst going about their duties. Also for the price a 2year old pays and the facilities available to them are pretty dire.. I would not return here nor recommend as a place to visit. I would simply take the time to travel to other local venues that I know to be a lot more clean!"
