"Held an event in this hall, with bouncycastles and soft play equipment. The kids loved it and the hall is a decent size. The hall provided us with two big fans although we never requested these, which was very thoughtful of them because it was a very hot day! Sultana was very helpful and kind since the beginning of my booking until the end. The security guard (Mohamed) is also very lovely and helpful on the day! My only disappointment is in the delay of the deposit return. It has been almost 2 week and half since the event day and I haven't received my money back yet. I called sultana who explained the deposit is dealt with seperately (their accountant). Not happy with this delay as I've paid everything on time."

"I don't like this place because the staff tend to be unhelpful and in some cases downright rude. For instance the Indian security guard has an unhelpful attitude and all he seems to be interested in is sitting down looking at his mobile phone and going outside to smoke. If I had my way I would change the staff and try to make this place more welcoming to the public."
