"Be aware the signage is not very clear, the exit is on the opposite side of entrance gate so if your child goes on alone head there otherwise the staff just open the gate at the end and your kid can easily get lost on busy South Bank!"

"Awful, my daughter has been on the carousel over the years, with and without our assistance, today the woman attending the Carousel decided to humiliate her by deciding she was just under the required hight, put her and her friend at the back of the queue and proceded to tell my wife that she was a bit little, in front of her and then decided to let her on by which stage she was in tears and didnt want anything to do with it, thanks for ruining her first trip in town out of lockdown and last day of her half term"
