"My girls and I are very happy with the after school club at Heathcote. The leaders try to help us as much as they can. They always have something positive to say to my girls or about them. My girls are really enjoying and look forward to their sessions, especially the ‘baking club’ they get to make different things every week. My children are always learning something new.The adults talk to my children and join in the activities with them. My children enjoy the food they serve, lots of fresh and tasty food. Thank you"

The facilities are great with loads of internal and external space. Comms with the team is good and the ability to add extra evenings online is helpful."

"The after school club is great and the kids enjoy. The communication could be better. They do not communicate until you ask them, for example do not provide receipt of payment etc unless prompted. They also could provide more flexible hours. They only offer hourly but it would help if they could offer every half hour at a reduced rate for struggling working mums. Those who do not need full two hours for example but just need 1 half hours"
