"I had a very positive experience at Cookie Island. They hosted my son’s second birthday party and I would definitely recommended it . They were very patient as always very helpful. I had to postpone the party and make a couple of changes and they were very flexible. The food was actually tasty- specially the tuna mayo paninis! During the party the ladies were amazing and ensured good service throughout. This was my second time at this venue and always had a good time with the kids !"

"Hired this hall for my sons birthday party the biggest mistake of my life please do not hire this hall for ur child’s special day they were very rude to my guests when it was just children playing with the balls lady yelled at children making it very uncomfortable for the parents at the end of the event I left a gift bag with money envelopes which one of the staff stole when coming first thing in the next morning to claim it staff was making 100 excuses why it was tampered with I myself had left the bag when all my guests left the party just forgot to take it I was assured i will get it back as there were only them two ladies left it’s so sad how they had it in the heart to steal my sons birthday money from the envelopes every single gifts that came home was nicely packed and not touched"

"Visited today with my 4year old, very disappointed, price is high for an hour an half you pay 10£ for a very smelly play area full of dust and dirt! I had to stay for 20mins as my son really wanted to play a little but due to my asthma and allergies I couldn't breath in there no more! It was so dirty, full of dust and the smell is unexplainable, I did ask one of the staff why can't they clean up and open the windows or something to get rid of the smell but I was ignored! Won't be going there again for sure."
