"Visited the Citizens Advice. There are a few rude and arrogant volunteers, such as a supervisor named Hannah who speaks to customers as though they are vermin. Rude and brash wants to send everyone home regardless of the long wait. Very unprofessional keeps suggesting that people complain but when you ask for her details to complain about her poor behaviour she refuses to give it. CA need to properly vet their volunteers and not be so desperate for helpers that the quality of the service suffers."

"Great for locals. Offers drop in services such as Citizens advice bureau or drop in to weight in. Extra tutoring for kids or dance classes for kids and adults. They do offer hall renting for occasions such as birthdays etc. Frendly staff too."
