"Collection system down...all staff stood at till upstairs saying I hope we have a million customers complain rather than have the system come back online & have to work! Try organising the parcels by surname etc...5 staff doing nothing to help! Was 5 star previously...1 staff can make others worse (blond young in photo entrance)."

"Absolute joke of a store. They told me they have known for ages that the times are wrong and they close earlier than stated but their manager hasn’t been able to change it!!! Surely it isn’t that hard for a major player like next to update their opening times or put a note on here that it’s wrong so people don’t make wasted journeys! For the record people - they close at 5pm on a Sunday!!!"
