"Used to be a good store, until all the new staff they employed. Apparently self check out are for customers with baskets only.. but no sign to display this new rule. Staff are quite rude and so is management. "Esmeralda" if I spelt it correct."

"The lady at the self service checkouts today asked me if I wanted to pay cash or card I accidentally said card please and quickly I said oh no cash sorry as it’s very rare I have the cash to pay cash so I didn’t think. She rolled her eyes and turnt to the man behind me. Then proceeded to speak in her own language to another member of staff. Very rude I was nothing but polite to the staff so I would’ve expected that back. I always come here and have never experienced this."
