"Stay away ! The worse customer service , you will just waist your time . They are providing services they know nothing about, they don’t know how to handle customers and be prepared for the rude reply. I came here to send my UPS PARCEL I had everything what required, shop assistant just refused my parcel because he didn’t copy of my invoice. This is just not normal , educate yourself first ! This was very unpleasant situation and I was treated really bad over a parcel. We are not in India ! You are in Uk, have some respect !"

"Staff didn’t understand English and they were laughing at me while ordering and flicking a pen on the counter like a child. I asked for e cig vape and they say we don’t have when it’s right next. I said you do have it and they said no, I had to point to the big cabinet. I felt disrespected in this shop. Maybe they only welcome casual dressed people and not people that dress alternative or colourful.. so strange."
