"Disgusting shop, extremely rude owner. I've come here on 2 occasions to send a yodel parcel, on the 2nd time the owner starts to tell me if I want to use Yodel service I have to buy something and that I can't use this service for free. I explained that I never knew that was a condition of using Yodel service (which it's not) and next time I will bring my card with me to buy something. He gets angry and tells me next time I come to post a parcel he will not serve me as I have come twice and not bought anything. He continues to verbally abuse me until I walk out the door. Am really shaken by this experience and unfortunately will never be back :("
