"Poor customer service at tills. Checkout Operator watching football via mobile before serving. Also made a cheeky comment when i asked for a bag which he offered. i don’t think he understood my glaswegian accent but to say back to me ‘that’s what i asked you ‘ and then to shake his head at me . Just moved to Beckenham and disappointed already"

"Lovely produce and great staff. I had an issue with a purchase and returned it to the store for a refund. Francis and Tina couldn't of been nicer and really made my day. I wish more people could be as friendly and efficient as they were. The security guard was nice too!"
