"Used to be regular, never had any issues. Today the lady seemed upset I wanted to top up my gas using card, she asked if i could get cash out from the post office? - its covid times no one takes cash, anyway, I said i usually pay by card, she said you cant anymore very rudely. I said I topped up a few days ago using card she said yea it changed- basically making it up. She didnt want me to pay by card as they get charged, the man came and told her to accept as they will lose a customer to which she said in front of a queue of customer 'you want to pay the fee for this gas customer'. I will refuse to take any business there and tell my friends and family to do the same. Shame on Londis."
