"Great to have another supermarket in centre of Woking. Even although it is in effect a 'convenience store' it still has great prices e.g. egg & cress sandwich for £1.40 and reasonable selection for size of shop."

"Regularly closes before 11PM despite saying "open until 11PM Monday - Sunday", and has done since opening. The closing time on google maps, apple maps, and tripadvisor also list the same. If the store is unable to remain open this late, change the advertising. It is incredibly misleading, and I have regularly walked well out of my way (as I usually work late) due to the fact that this is SUPPOSED to be the only convenience store still open. At BARE MINIMUM a notice should be displayed in the window with amended opening times, and online listings should be amended immediately, until such a time that the giant writing plastered across the window of the shop can be changed. There may well be a reason for this, however it doesn't excuse the pure laziness of management to correctly make existing/potential customers aware of the actual opening hours."

"A member of staff, David, hate-crimed two of my friends whilst they were shopping. He ruined our evening and caused immense distress to my friends. The manager was condescending and unsympathetic when we tried to raise this with him. I have raised this with Tesco customer service on Facebook and I have been appalled by their apathy in this situation. An empty apology with apparently no way of following this up with the store to see the action taken. No written apology from David. No vouchers for the immense distress your colleagues have caused my friends. Disgusting. Frankly, I am disgusted by the behaviour Tesco tolerates from its employees and I will not be shopping there in the future. You have lost a regular customer."
