"I purchased a few small items the other day. I asked for a bag, the lady tells me she hasn't got any. I left and it started to worry me that the light starters and small bulbs might break while it's in my pocket. So I decided to come back and asked her that I desperately need a bag because I'm struggling with these items. Within a few seconds she gave me a big bag. I asked why she lied to me earlier about not having a bag. She started to hesitate, so I just told her that I'm not going to make big deal over this since I was in a rush. But I will report you A.S.A.P. So that's the experience I had recently with Canning Town Toolstation."
"I go there all the time staffs are friendly and. When it is busy the manager starts servings as well so you don’t waste any time shopping ."
"Turn up after ordering online and 50% of my order isn’t in stock. No apology, just awful customer service. Twice that’s happened at the Canning Town branch. Never had this issue at Bow or Barking branches. Save yourself the hassle and go to Screwfix or another branch."
