"Got followed really indiscreetly by a female security officer.. profiled on some basis I suppose (mid 40s, long coat because its cold, tote bag??) Annoyed me no end, the security team were gathered at the checkout by exits, really wanted to show them my receipt and bag but couldn't be bothered with the effort. FWIW not all people who wear long coats are shoplifters...."

"Offers no longer available STILL show online & on the shelf. At checkout unacceptable wait time while 3 members of staff working out how to apply the offer since by law under Sale of Goods act they are bound by what it shows on the shelf. Not the first time I've experienced this simple inefficiency."

"We visited early September, looking for housewares. The choice in different brands, colours, price etc was a bit dissapointing, but we bought the odd item. Funny to see fasteners being described as pick 'an ' mix in different bags with bar code.(around two quid 250gor 350g) It's very handy though that you can pick screws, washers etc, in this form, rather than pay the equivalent eight twelve quid at bigger diy stores like B&Q."
