"If you are looking for rude, obnoxious, unhelpful staff with a complete lack of human decency make a trip to this B&Q, you will not be disappointed. Asked a gentleman who was clearly trying to avoid me if he could help me up the stairs with a pram, he didn’t even look at me, said no, not allowed, and curtly told me to go outside of the front entrance, walk up the road to the car park (in the dark with a pram) and come in the elevated rear entrance. I appreciate he may not have been able to help me with the pram due to liability insurance, although there’s no need to treat people like they’re not human."

"Surprisingly, large store. Well stocked and good variety. The only issue would be the parking; getting in and out can be a problem due to dubble parked cars and vans. Otherwise a nice well maintained branch."

"It's a small store split across more than one level. I went for plant pots (clay pots), soil and vermiculite. I only managed to get one thing... Soil. The only pots they had were a few clear plastic orchid pots with zero drainage holes (no orchid bark) and large outdoor pots and baskets. The selection of plants were very nice though and I would have been tempted to buy some if there were pots! The young man at the till was very polite and professional. So refreshing."
