"Very pleasant staff. Why is there a need for a B&Q on Camden Town high street? 90% of the things I’d ever buy from B&Q require a vehicle to transport home. I made the mistake of assuming this B&Q was like any other B&Q (massive with a massive car park) so made a click and collect order. Only when looking up the location on my sat nav did I realise it was actually on one of the more aggressively-busy-at-any-time-of-the-day-with-no-parking streets in London. Nonetheless I walked there the next day, picked up my broom with no hassle and carried it a mile back into central."

"Pathetic. The staff clearly do not have knowledge, and worst, have not been provided any training regarding building materials. However the attitude!!! Literally people sitting with hands in pockets and refuse to answer even general direction questions. Do not even dare ask about specific product performance! The funniest, one of the women (named something with Sh...) Seriously, trying to jump a customer while they are paying and asking for pick-up times??? No one should go into a store and think whether or not they will get in a physical fight... Needless to say, they placed the order for my stuff and messed it up. I have now spent over an hour on the phone to process the return, and still do not have the materials I needed. Amazing, just amazing!"
