"Customer service is shockingly bad, make sure you dont have any issues after your purchase because the staff are way to busy. On the plus side they are very efficient refering you to another colleague because they dont want to help you. Needless to say i wont shop in this branch anymore."

"What an amazing company . Big shout out to Martin for finding me some multifinish plaster . Having recently started chemotherapy I am mid way through a house extension and he helped me get this to finish it and relax in a clean environment. You are a true star and all the staff at Highgate are amazing . Thank you so much I won’t forget your kindness ."

"Good selection and staff always friendly and helpful but it seems very pricey. I understand that running a store will mean things cost more than online and that’s ok as I can pick up there and then. However I cannot understand why things here are so much more expensive. I wanted to buy a 60cm spirit level and it cost about £50 here but £16 on Amazon for the same thing. To be honest I would have paid £25 for it. Not sure if it’s because I had no trade discount as a regular consumer?"
