"Not a pleasant experience. Went in to buy an expensive belt sander and was treated like i shouldnt be there. There is one nice staff member, a (i believe) Polish chap with short dark hair. The others? Avoid. Screwfix in golders green is far better. I have been here several times and had dismissive, poor service apart from that one staff member. So this is not a one off."

I explain the job & they painstakingly assist & advise me on the best materials to carry out the task. If the person helping me doesn't know then they involve their colleagues & I leave the store a very satisfied customer. Friendliest retail staff I've ever encountered anywhere!
